08.00 Unlock, collect breakfast and hot water from Dining Hall.
Return to cell.

09.00 Attend Induction Programme.

11.30 On spur. Collect lunch from servery.
Return to cell. Lock up.

13.45 Unlock on spur.

14.00 Exercise or bang-up.

14.40 Return to wing. Spur association.

16.30 Lock up.

18.00 Unlock. Collect evening meal from servery.
Return to cell.

18.30 Spur gates open for association.

20.00 Collect hot water from servery.

20.15 Lock up.

Kit change is done on Monday evening at approx.16.30. Clothing and bed linen is exchanged on a one-for-one basis. It is up to you to look after your clothing. Do not throw it away as it will not be replaced.
